Aéroflorale II: a flying greenhouse installation by François Delarozière

Aéroflorale II is a steampunk-styled ‘flying’ greenhouse idealized by François Delarozière – a French artist founder of the world-renowned arts group La Machine. The itinerant installation/intervention started in 2010 and since then has traveled through many cities in Europe. Its design was inspired by Leonardo da Vinci’s drawings and sketches of flying machines.
