In his series titled Spaceships, German photographer Lars Stieger captures details in modern buildings that seem like spacecraft taken from our futuristic imaginary and commonly depicted in science fiction works.

Lars photographic work is inspired by science fiction topics or motifs such as the feeling of abandonment and unfamiliar desolate environments. He is looking for structures that stand out from their surroundings as strange or unnatural.
