Iconic paintings recreated in miniature versions by Ilaria Lafronza

Italian artist Ilaria Lafronza uses tiny canvases to create miniature versions of iconic paintings.

I’ve always had unconditional love for art. Since 2016 I’ve been trying to “conquer the world” with mini canvases, which are very small paintings (2×2.8 inches in size) that you can always carry with you, no matter where you go. You may be wondering why I’m doing this. Well, as a child I used to give little drawings as a gift, just to put a smile on someone’s face. I liked the idea of people taking care of my little doodle and making it a part of them. This will of always being with someone has then become a real project that is slowly reaching many countries all around the world.
