Vadim Sherbakov’s “Welcome to Moscow” is a breathtaking visual journey that captures the essence of Moscow’s modern architecture. Through his lens, Sherbakov showcases the intricate designs and the grandeur of the city’s contemporary buildings. His work is not just photography; it’s a celebration of form, structure, and the stories these buildings tell.
Each photograph in the series is a testament to the city’s dynamic evolution and Sherbakov’s keen eye for detail. His ability to use technology to enhance his art, removing distractions and focusing on the architectural beauty, brings a new perspective to the viewer, inviting them to explore the depths of Moscow’s architectural landscape.
This project took me several years to complete and me being a Moskowite allowed me to capture those “blends in time” images over a past few years. I specidlise in composite photography, blending time into single unique images, that creates a new look of a well known & beloved Moscow’s locations. So the purpose of this project is to show the locations that photographs many fimes over in a new exciting light. I use traditional ground camera, as well as drones for that project.
