Chinese-Italian chef Yujia Hu has a great passion for sports, mainly for basketball, and expresses all this love creating sushi with sneaker shapes and other stuff from the ‘NBA universe’. This is one way he found to make up his lack of time to play the sport. He spends most of his time handling the family business, an Asian restaurant based in Milan, Italy.
