Jupiter Panel: a colorful distorted 3D wall panel project by Oleg Soroko

Oleg Soroko is a Moscow-based creative focused on the parametricism art – a kind of style within contemporary avant-garde architecture, related to the algorithmic method and parametric equation. In one of his latest projects, titled “Jupiter Panels”, Soroko creates colorful 3D wall panels inspired by the gas giant’s cloud shapes. The pieces are made of thick sheets of plywood with manually added layers of colored plastic. The cloud mimicry is shaped by a 4 axle CNC machine.
