Canadian artist Bryon Draper combines figurative bronze sculptures with massive stone blocks to shape intriguing and thoughtful artworks.
My fragmented figure sculptures interchange selected, cast bronze fragments of figures with blocks of natural stone. Stone adds a gestured force that binds the elements together. The fine art sculptures give the viewer the opportunity to participate visually and connect the segments of the incomplete figure in an understandable way.
