Sculptural dripping glass centerpieces by Italian Chianti, Tuscany-based artist Daniela Forti. Due to their transparency and shape full of tentacle-like filaments, she refers to them as Jellyfish.
Always attracted to the transformation of various glassworking techniques, she concentrated in the fusion of glass and crystal, developing and implementing her personal interpretation of the materials. She delved into a modality that was totally innovative and unique, this fusion technique, following a tenacious and long study which gave birth to a particular process of her own invention termed ‘multidimensional contemporary art’, from which a new series of artworks and sculptures came to life, receiving notable reviews and appreciation for her audacity, both in Italy and abroad.
