Artist's Statement:
Kim Travis was born in Marion Ohio and currently lives in Franklin Tennessee. Her previous profession allowed her to travel extensively throughout the United States and Europe. These travels have influenced her art and given her a unique perspective on color, content, and form. Kim began painting as an emotional expression of many personal tragedies in her life. She is a breast cancer survior. Her work unifies the spirituality and harmony that comes from her inner soul.
